1. Online Store Terms

We make every effort to display our products, colors, descriptions, dimensions, and images as accurately as possible. However, because many of our products are 3D printed, minor variations in color, texture, surface finish, layer lines, and appearance may occur. These minor variations are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process and are not considered defects.

Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device or screen settings.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, an applicable refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

4. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information, or other inaccuracies at any time.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added during checkout.

5. Shipping

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

6. Returns and Refunds

3D-Printed Items

Returns are accepted on 3D-printed items. Customers must contact us and request a return within 5 days of receiving the order.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once an eligible returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Die-Cast Items

All die-cast item sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on die-cast items.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We may request photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping materials to review the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All original website content, product photographs, graphics, branding, logos, descriptions, and other original materials created by Hero3DPrintLab are the property of their respective owner and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

Any third-party names, trademarks, logos, aircraft names, vehicle names, or other references remain the property of their respective owners. Their use does not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

9. Personal and Display Products

Products sold through our store are intended for personal, collectible, educational, hobby, or display purposes unless otherwise stated. Products should not be used for any purpose for which they were not designed.
